Rental Agent – Harris Vehicle Hire
📍 Livingston, West Lothian
Join the team at Harris Vehicle Hire — a growing, family-owned vehicle rental business specialising in van hire across Scotland.
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Rental Agent to support the day-to-day running of our busy rental office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational skills.
What you’ll be doing:

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email

Managing bookings and rental administration

Greeting customers in the office

Completing daily reports and operational tasks

Supporting fleet utilisation and customer service activities
What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Full UK driving licence preferred
Previous rental or automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential — full support and training will be provided.
